黄镊口鱼，【Forcipiger flavissimus】体长20-25cm。头部三角形，嘴呈管状向前突出，眼睛到头顶呈灰褐色，眼睛到腹鳍呈银白色，眼睛藏在黑带中并向嘴部延伸。体色鲜黄，尾鳍银白色，其余各鳍鲜黄色，臀鳍末端靠近尾柄处有一个黑色圆斑，俗称假眼。
